What is important during printer installation?

In order to make an offer, we need from you information about the device, such as device model, serial number, manufacturer's product number and the device location. If the device is to be transported to the place of installation, there must be a lift for devices weighing more than 30 kg. Should this not be the case, we can make you a favorable offer for the transport. Depending on the device type, the use of one to four transport workers may be required.

New printer technology goes hand in hand with improvements, advanced features and other menu navigation options. If the software had to be customized, printing would be done after installing the printer in a way that employees are not used to. Larger devices that meet increased requirements often have little in common with small and simple printers. That's why we conduct on-site training sessions to train your employees to use the new technology. By doing so, we set up the processing of print jobs and the functions of new software. The operation of large printer displays and touchscreens, the management of the multi-bin feeder, and special printing such as booklet printing or stapling and punching functions; are all explained in a clear and thorough way.

When installing a printer, you must also install the appropriate printer drivers to ensure that the newly connected printers interact with other devices. The drivers are software modules that communicate printer and system-specific control signals and administer the functions of the hardware. For trouble-free operation and trouble-free operation, we install these system-specific components for you.

We also set up other printer software for you, for example, if you frequently use printers to print brochures, large formats or images and require special applications for this purpose. Similarly, we create interfaces for your existing software in order to access the printers from there.
