* All prices are charged per 10 min intervals plus VAT. The repair of printing and copying systems is billed at 10-minute intervals and is subject to change without notice. Travel costs, replacement and worn parts, maintenance kits, as well as consumables for the repair are not included in the hourly rate and are calculated separately and in addition.

This insures you from the high costs of printer repairs

Printers, copiers and multifunction devices are used in every company. To ensure trouble-free operation, periodic maintenance is recommended. Most companies have a maintenance contract for their equipment. This creates costs, but they are much cheaper for companies than a failure of the peripheral devices.

Through expert maintenance, faults can be reduced to a minimum and thus also reduce costs. 80 to 90% of all faults are caused by contamination and wear. For a high operational readiness of your equipment, we carry out a preventive maintenance. Regular equipment checks and the installation of maintenance kits. The kits work like a kind of refreshment and increase the printer performance and lifetime. The maintenance kits contain all parts which wear out most in printers.

Flow of printer maintenance

We offer you a professional and timely printer maintenance. You only have to fill out a form and send us a printer maintenance request. Immediately you will receive an individual offer from us. We work exclusively with experienced service partners. These have been authorized by well-known manufacturers, such as Hewlett Packard (HP), Samsung, Brother, Epson, OKI, Lexmark, Canon, Kyocera and Xerox.

Managed print services as an alternative to printer maintenance

The managed print services, MPS for short, include all the products and measures that printers, multifunction devices and copiers need to be 100% ready for use. The costs for administration, operation and maintenance are kept as low as possible by automated processes. For example, If desired, the correct consumables can be delivered to the right location just in time. For this purpose, a software analyses the printers several times a day to decide what will be needed soon.

If a printer is defective, it is repaired promptly or even replaced by a new device. Free. A longer failure of the peripheral devices is thus reliably prevented.

In contrast to a traditional printer maintenance, the companies have only one contact person and a supplier for service and consumables. With full-service security, you can enjoy discounted prices for consumables. We guarantee you a price protection for the first 12 months from the beginning of the contract, you do not enter into an obligation.
