Payment methods
For the one-off purchase of products, we offer you the payment methods Purchase on account, Paypal, Visa, Master Card, SOFORT and payment by SEPA direct debit.
For a product rental, you can conveniently pay the monthly instalments via Paypal or SEPA direct debit.
We check your creditworthiness during the checkout process, so not all payment methods may be available to you at the checkout.
Recurring payments
Payment via Paypal
Pay your monthly instalments quickly and easily via PayPal. Select the payment method Paypal during the order process. You will then be automatically redirected to PayPal during the order process. As a rule, we will receive your payment within a few minutes and your order will be processed immediately. In case of a return, the first monthly instalment will be credited back to your PayPal account.
Payment by SEPA direct debit
With SEPA Direct Debit you can pay conveniently by having the monthly instalments collected automatically. As long as no monthly instalment is due, we do not collect anything from your account.
One time payments
Payment via Paypal
Pay quickly and easily via PayPal. Select the payment method Paypal during the order process. You will then be automatically redirected to PayPal during the order process. Usually we receive your payment within a few minutes and your order will be processed immediately. In the event of a return, the value of the goods will be credited back to your PayPal account.
Purchase on account
The payment method purchase on account does not exist for all offers and requires, among other things, a successful credit check by us. Our invoices are due immediately and must be settled within 14 calendar days. If you have consumables ordered fully automatically with the help of online management, you will always receive an invoice.
Payment by credit card
You can pay conveniently by credit card. We accept Master Card and Visa credit cards. Your data is transmitted SSL-encrypted, which makes your purchase by credit card more secure. If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be charged when the goods are dispatched.
Payment by SEPA direct debit
With the SEPA direct debit system, you can pay conveniently by having the purchase amount automatically debited from your account. As long as no order has been placed, we will not debit your account.
Payment by SOFORT
Select SOFORT in the order process. You will then be directed to an encrypted payment form. Enter your usual online banking access data and confirm the transfer by TAN. After receiving the transaction confirmation by SOFORT, the money transfer is authorized and we will process and ship your order immediately.
