Remote Support is a way to quickly and easily access remote support services when setting up a printer or conducting troubleshooting. Your printers have (mostly) a web server, which we can access via a web browser with remote maintenance software.

What do I need for my remote support appointment?
A requirement for remote support is to start the TeamViewer client program on one of your PCs, which allows us to communicate with the PC and thus with the network printer. You can download the Teamviewer client here .
TeamViewer is available for the operating systems Windows, Mac and Linux. You do not have to worry about firewalls, blocked ports or NAT routing. Connections run over completely secure data channels with 2048 bit RSA key exchange and 256 bit AES session encryption.
TeamViewer remote maintenance connections are built up and terminated interactively using a session password, which is always under your full control. Parallel to the remote maintenance connection, a telephone connection is required to be able to speak with you.
The advantages for you are, in particular, lower costs, as a step is no longer necessary and, of course, the short-notice availability of fast and responsive online support, which will ultimately reduce any downtime.
We charge for remote services in 10 minute blocks. For every 10 minutes, 23 Euro plus VAT will be charged.
