With our supply management you can easily adjust settings for all devices or manually on individual devices at any time.
Even if you are using a fully automated system, you can always order supplies manually at any time in order to react to the demands of your company.


Semi or fully automatic ordering of supplies
You can configure each printer, so that new supplies are ordered either semi-automatically or automatically.
Semi-automated:
You will receive an e-mail as soon as the threshold you set is reached. You can then go straight from the email to trigger an order.
Fully-automated:
The order is triggered automatically as soon as the threshold value you set has been reached. Your printer orders by itself. You will receive an e-mail from us about the order confirmation and delivery process.
Manual ordering of supplies
In the view of the consumables, you quickly recognize the type of consumable that will be used and re-ordered. We will calculate in how many days the corresponding item will be completely used.
You can order the corresponding product easily and conveniently with just a few clicks and afterwards the order is triggered. Due to the location data that is collected for each device, you do not need to provide any further information, we know where the material has to be sent and to which device it belongs to.
