We use the consent management service Cookiebot, provided by Usercentrics A/S, Havnegade 39, 1058 Copenhagen, Denmark (Usercentrics). This allows us to obtain and manage the consent of website users for data processing. The processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation (Art. 7(1) GDPR) to which we are subject (Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. c GDPR). Google AdWords Remarketing
The site uses Google Remarketing tags. This is a service provided by Google Inc. (The responsible service provider in the EU is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street 4, Dublin, Ireland; hereinafter referred to as "Google"). Google uses cookies that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your website usage. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including your IP address) is transmitted to a Google server in the United States and stored there. The IP address is then truncated by Google to the last three digits, making it impossible to associate it with any individual. Google complies with the privacy provisions of the US Safe Harbor agreement and is registered with the US Department of Commerce's Safe Harbor program. Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activities for website operators, and provide other services related to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. Third parties, including Google, display ads on websites on the internet. Third parties, including Google, use stored cookies to serve ads based on a user's previous visits to this website. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. You can object to data collection and storage at any time with future effect. You can disable the use of cookies by Google by visiting the Google Ad Settings page. However, please note that if you do this, you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. Location of processing: Ireland, European Union.

Google AdWords Conversion Tracking
This website also uses Google Conversion Tracking. This is a service provided by Google Inc. (The responsible service provider in the EU is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street 4, Dublin, Ireland; hereinafter referred to as "Google"). When you visit our website via a Google ad, Google AdWords sets a cookie on your computer. If the user visits certain pages of the AdWords customer's website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and the customer can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot therefore be tracked through the websites of AdWords customers. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. The AdWords customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that allows them to personally identify users. If you do not want to participate in the tracking process, you can also refuse the necessary setting of a cookie - for example, by using the browser settings that generally deactivate the automatic setting of cookies. You can also disable cookies for conversion tracking by adjusting your browser settings to block cookies from the domain "www.googleadservices.com". Location of processing: Ireland, European Union.
You can find Google's privacy policy for conversion tracking here.
Google Maps
This website uses Google Maps to display maps and create directions. Google Maps is operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street 4, Dublin, Ireland. By using this website, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of the automatically collected data as well as the data you enter by Google, one of its representatives, or third-party providers. You can find the terms of use for Google Maps here. Location of processing: Ireland, European Union.
Google Ads
The website operator uses Google Ads. Google Ads is an online advertising program of Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Google Ads allows us to display advertisements in the Google search engine or on third-party websites when users enter specific search terms on Google (keyword targeting). Furthermore, targeted advertisements based on user data available from Google (e.g., location data and interests) can be displayed (audience targeting). As website operators, we can quantitatively evaluate this data by analyzing, for example, which search terms led to the display of our advertisements and how many clicks resulted from them.
The use of Google Ads is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in effective marketing of its products and services.
Data transfer to the USA is based on the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission. Details can be found here: https://policies.google.com/privacy/frameworks and https://privacy.google.com/businesses/controllerterms/mccs/.
LinkedIn Insight Tag
This website uses the LinkedIn Insight Tag. The provider of this service is LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland.
Data Processing by LinkedIn Insight Tag
With the help of the LinkedIn Insight Tag, we receive information about the visitors to our website. If a website visitor is registered on LinkedIn, we can analyze, among other things, the professional details (e.g., career level, company size, country, location, industry, and job title) of our website visitors and better align our site with the respective target groups. Furthermore, with the help of LinkedIn Insight Tags, we can measure whether the visitors to our websites make a purchase or take any other action (conversion measurement). The conversion measurement can also be cross-device (e.g., from PC to tablet). LinkedIn Insight Tag also offers a retargeting function, which allows us to display targeted advertising to the visitors of our website outside of the website, with no identification of the ad recipient according to LinkedIn.
LinkedIn also collects so-called log files (URL, referrer URL, IP address, device and browser properties, and access time). The IP addresses are truncated or hashed (pseudonymized) (if used to reach LinkedIn members across devices). The direct identifiers of LinkedIn members are deleted by LinkedIn after seven days. The remaining pseudonymized data is then deleted within 180 days.
The data collected by LinkedIn cannot be attributed to specific individuals by us as the website operator. LinkedIn will store the collected personal data of website visitors on its servers in the United States and use it for its own advertising purposes. For details, please refer to LinkedIn's privacy policy at https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy#choices-oblig.
Legal Basis
The use of LinkedIn Insight is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in effective advertising measures, including social media. If consent has been requested, the processing is based exclusively on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and § 25 para. 1 TTDSG, provided that the consent includes the storage of cookies or access to information on the user's device (e.g., device fingerprinting) within the meaning of the TTDSG. The consent can be revoked at any time.
Data transfer to the USA is based on the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission. Details can be found here: https://www.linkedin.com/legal/l/dpa and https://www.linkedin.com/legal/l/eu-sccs.
Objection to the Use of LinkedIn Insight Tag
You can object to the analysis of user behavior and targeted advertising by LinkedIn at the following link: https://www.linkedin.com/psettings/guest-controls/retargeting-opt-out.
Facebook Pixel
The "Facebook Pixel" is a service provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland. It enables us to determine target audiences for Facebook advertisements, known as "Facebook Ads," based on website visits and browsing behavior. We also use this pixel to measure the effectiveness of online marketing activities. This allows us to track the actions of users after they have seen and/or clicked on a Facebook ad and subsequently made a purchase.
When you visit the website, the pixel is directly integrated by Facebook and may store a cookie on your device. If you subsequently log in to Facebook or are already logged in, your website visit will be noted in your profile. The collected user data is anonymous for us and does not allow us to draw conclusions about the user's identity. However, this data is stored and processed by Facebook, enabling an association with the respective user profile. The data processing by Facebook is carried out in accordance with Facebook's Data Policy. If you are not a member of Facebook, you are not affected by this data processing. Location of processing: Ireland, European Union.
Interactive Performance Deutschland GmbH
This website uses technologies provided by Interactive Performance Deutschland GmbH, Neumühlen 15, 22763 Hamburg, Germany (www.interactiveperformance.de), and its technology partners to collect and store data about your usage behavior on our website for optimization and marketing purposes. This data is used to analyze visitor behavior and create pseudonymous user profiles. For this purpose, cookies are used to enable recognition of an internet browser on a subsequent visit. However, the usage profiles created with Interactive Performance technology are not merged with personal data about the bearer of the pseudonym without the express consent of the visitor. The IP addresses of visitors are truncated before storage, so that any personal reference is excluded and the merging of usage profiles with IP addresses is no longer possible. Location of processing: Germany, European Union.
For more information, please refer to the privacy policy of Interactive Performance Deutschland GmbH. Visitors to the website can object to the collection and storage of data by Interactive Performance technology for this website at any time in the future by opting out here.

idealo
On our website, the logo of our partner idealo (idealo internet GmbH, Ritterstraße 11, 10969 Berlin) is embedded. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Location of processing: Germany, European Union. Use of Social Media Plugins
We have integrated components of the company Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland, on our website. Facebook is a social network operated by Meta Platforms.
You can recognize the Facebook plugins by the Facebook logo or the "Like" button on our page. An overview of the Facebook plugins can be found here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins?locale=de_DE.
When you visit our pages, a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook server is established via the plugin (see information under "General note on social media plugins (Like buttons & Co)"). Facebook thereby receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP address. If you click the Facebook "Like" button while logged into your Facebook account, you can link the content of our pages to your Facebook profile. This allows Facebook to associate the visit to our pages with your user account. We would like to point out that we, as the provider of the pages, have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by Facebook. For more information, please refer to Facebook's privacy policy at https://de-de.facebook.com/about/privacy.
If you use the functions of the plugin – for example, by sharing a post or "liking" – the corresponding information is also transmitted to Facebook Inc. If you do not want Facebook Inc. to associate this data with your Facebook account, please log out of Facebook before visiting this website.
This website also uses Twitter buttons. These are operated by Twitter Inc. (795 Folsom St., Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you visit a page that contains such a button, a direct connection is established between your browser and the Twitter servers. The website operator therefore has no influence over the nature and extent of the data that the plugin transmits to the Twitter Inc. servers.
According to Twitter Inc., only your IP address is collected and stored. Information about the handling of personal data by Twitter Inc. can be found here: https://twitter.com/privacy?lang=de.

Legal basis of processing
Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR serves as the legal basis for processing operations for which we obtain consent for a specific processing purpose. If the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, as is the case, for example, in processing operations for the delivery of goods or the provision of other services or consideration, the processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. The same applies to such processing operations that are necessary for carrying out pre-contractual measures, for example in cases of inquiries regarding our products or services.
If our company is subject to a legal obligation by which processing of personal data is required, such as for the fulfillment of tax obligations, the processing is based on Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
In rare cases, the processing of personal data may be necessary to protect the vital interests of the data subject or of another natural person. This would be the case, for example, if a visitor were injured in our company and his name, age, health insurance data or other vital information would have to be passed on to a doctor, hospital or other third party. Then the processing would be based on Art. 6(1)(d) GDPR.
Finally, processing operations could be based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. This legal basis is used for processing operations that are not covered by any of the aforementioned legal bases, if processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by our company or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data. Such processing operations are particularly permissible because they have been specifically mentioned by the European legislator. He considered that a legitimate interest could be assumed if the data subject is a client of the data controller (Recital 47, sentence 2 GDPR).
Legitimate interests pursued by the controller or a third party
If the processing of personal data is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest is the conduct of our business activities for the benefit of the well-being of all our employees and shareholders.
Retention period of personal data
The criterion for the duration of the storage of personal data is the respective statutory retention period. After the expiration of the period, the corresponding data is routinely deleted, provided it is no longer necessary for the performance or initiation of the contract.
Legal or contractual provisions
We clarify that the provision of personal data is partly required by law (e.g., tax regulations) or can also result from contractual provisions (e.g., information on the contractual partner). Sometimes it may be necessary to conclude a contract that the data subject provides us with personal data, which must subsequently be processed by us. The data subject is, for example, obliged to provide us with personal data when our company enters into a contract with him or her. The non-provision of the personal data would have the consequence that the contract with the data subject could not be concluded. Before personal data is provided by the data subject, the data subject must contact our Data Protection Officer. Our Data Protection Officer informs the data subject on a case-by-case basis whether the provision of the personal data is required by law or contract or is necessary for the conclusion of the contract, whether there is an obligation to provide the personal data, and the consequences of non-provision of the personal data.
Existence of automated decision-making
As a responsible company, we do not use automatic decision-making or profiling.
The processing of personal data, such as the name, address, email address, or telephone number of a data subject, always takes place in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and in compliance with the country-specific data protection regulations applicable to the Miete24 P4Y GmbH. By means of this data protection declaration, our company would like to inform the public about the nature, scope, and purpose of the personal data we collect, use, and process. Furthermore, data subjects are informed, by means of this data protection declaration, of the rights to which they are entitled.
The Miete24 P4Y GmbH, as the controller, has implemented numerous technical and organizational measures to ensure the most complete protection of personal data processed through this website. However, Internet-based data transmissions may in principle have security gaps, so absolute protection may not be guaranteed. For this reason, every data subject is free to transfer personal data to us via alternative means, such as by telephone.
