When using the ReadyInk by Service, only these terms and conditions of use and our general terms and conditions apply. Any entry, contract or terms of business of the user shall not apply.

ReadyInk by Service Account

To use the Service, you must register your printer on the site and create a customer service account ("ReadyInk by Service Account").

Internet connection (hereafter P4Y) can provide the service only if your printer or PC is connected to the Internet, and is dependdent on the model / version you are using.

ReadyInk by Technology - Suitable for an Epson* Printer

To use the service, you must have a compatible Epson* printer. There are two types of Service compliant Epson* printers: a) those that need to be connected to a master device that connects to the Internet; b) the newer generation of printers that automatically connect to the Internet and communicate printer data directly. To ensure proper service execution or to comply with applicable laws, it may be necessary to change the software and / or firmware of your printer. Epson* can do this without notifying you. Any software or firmware downloaded to or otherwise provided to your printer will be provided in accordance with the Software License Agreement associated with your printer


To provide the service, Epson* will remotely monitor your printer and information about your printer, including the device name, serial number of the printer, service box status, total ink cartridge replacement, date of first printing from the printer driver, firmware version information, ink levels, ink status and usage, page sizes and types of printed documents.

By monitoring your printer, Epson* can determine when your existing cartridge "likely" needs to be replaced. P4Y will then email you to the address specified in your customer account to let you know that the new ink product will be shipped to you. If you want to get this ink product (s), you won't have to do anything. If you wish to postpone or cancel a delivery, you can do so directly from the notification email you receive. If you do nothing, P4Y's ink product (s) will be shipped before the date on which the existing cartridge is expected to be replaced.

If more than one cartridge is running out, and P4Y is ready to ship it, you can choose to move / cancel either or both. You may also increase the purchased quantity or add other cartridges at your discretion.

The aim of the service is to provide you with the new ink cartridge(s) before the existing cartridge is empty. However, can not guarantee that this goal will always be achieved. In particular, variations in your printing behavior or volume, as well as delays in delivery services, may mean that sometimes the new ink cartridge(s) will not arrive until after the existing cartridge is empty. If you intend to print more than normal, or if it is important for you to print continuously, we recommend that you always have a set of replacement cartridges in stock.

You need to make sure that P4Y knows your current postal address so that Epson* can provide the service. Please make sure that your current address or personal information in your customer account is up to date. P4Y is not responsible or otherwise liable to you for shipping the ordered ink product(s) to addresses that appear in your customer account and that you have not updated.

You can not transfer the service to an unregistered printer or to another person.

Use of information

P4Y may use the information above to provide the service, information or services, or to complete any transactions you have requested to register for the service, including verification of your email address, or to improve your experience or customize the service.

The information forwarded by P4Y to Epson* may be used to provide you with specific content relevant to you, to contact you regarding your use of the service, to provide you with printer-related communications, surveys of the service, and to send you promotional material and various products from Epson*. Epson* offers you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving promotional information from Epson*

Price, payment and billing

The ink product(s) supplied through the Service will be billed to you at the sales price of the said ink product(s) on the day of ordering at the store where you are registered.

If you do not cancel the auto-generated order within 24 hours, P4Y will ship the inked product(s) for payment, which must be paid within 14 days.

The method of purchase on account requires a successful credit check by us.

Contractors and third parties

Some of the tasks to be performed by P4Y may be performed on behalf of P4Y by an affiliate of P4Y or by a P4Y contractor. P4Y reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change or hire third parties as contractors.


By signing up, you agree to be contacted by P4Y and Epson* or to receive messages on your printer, computer or via an App to inform you of your customer account and status.

You acknowledge that all such communications and communications that P4Y and Epson* provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirements and that such communications be made in writing


P4Y may revise, amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without notice to comply with the law or reflect changes in business practices and procedures. Any updates or changes will be posted on and will not affect orders that have already been placed.

Cancellation of the Service

At any time, you can disable your customer account, which has the service provided to you for all the printers you have registered. If the service is disabled, Epson* will log you out immediately after your printer connects to the Internet for the first time after you log off.

P4Y and Epson* may terminate Your Service at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to your email address or other media you have consented to as a point of contact.

You agree that P4Y and Epson* will not be liable to you for terminating your Service or denying access to the Service or the Website. Upon termination of your service for any reason, all rights granted to you under this Agreement will be removed and you will not be able to use the service. The termination does not affect orders already placed.

No warranty

P4Y makes no representation regarding the service or the Website and expressly disclaims all warranties and representations of any kind (expressed, implied, statutory or otherwise) including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to a legal claim or the non-infringement of third-party rights. In particular, P4Y does not guarantee that the Service and the Website will operate without interruption, error or be free of viruses, or that errors will be corrected, and makes no representations as to its timeliness, accuracy and reliability.

Intellectual property rights

Epson* and all other product or Powered by Epson ReadyInk names, images or logos associated with the Service are trademarks of Epson* or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used, in whole or in part. By registering for the Service, you do not acquire any ownership of copyright, patents, trade secrets, trademarks or other intellectual property rights owned by Epson*. Epson* retains sole ownership of the Technology, the Service, and the Website, and holds all related intellectual property rights, titles, and claims related to ideas, concepts, know-how, documentation, and techniques.

Limitations of liability

P4Y will not be liable to you for any delay or failure to fulfill its obligations, if such delay or non-performance is caused by an event or circumstance beyond its control. P4Y will make reasonable efforts to resolve any interruptions to the service and keep you informed of progress.

The liability of P4Y is also governed by the statutory provisions, unless otherwise agreed below. Liability for culpable injury to life, body or health is not affected by the following limitations of liability. This also applies to legally mandatory, no-fault liability (e.g. Product Liability Act). In addition, a liability of P4Y and its vicarious agents - for whatever legal reason - is excluded, unless there is intentional or grossly negligent action or it is a violation of essential duties (cardinal obligations). If P4Y is liable for the breach of a material contractual obligation without gross negligence or intent, the liability is limited to the extent of the damage P4Y had to expect in the circumstances known to it at that time. Liability for loss of data is limited to the recovery effort that would have occurred in the event of regular and hazardous situations of separate, required data backups. All further claims are excluded regardless of their legal basis. In particular, compensation for indirect, consequential and lost profits is excluded.
