We only rent out new and as-new products. All as-new products are carefully checked, cleaned and reconditioned before they are rented out again. So you can be sure that your device will arrive in perfect condition. Should you still be dissatisfied, simply contact our customer service.

After your order, the first month's rent is due directly. However, the rental period does not start until your product has been successfully delivered. After the minimum term has expired, you can simply continue to rent the device monthly at the same price or cancel it at any time by returning it to us free of charge.

After a successful credit check, you can choose to pay the monthly fees by credit card subscription, PayPal subscription or SEPA direct debit. Simply select the desired payment method when ordering.

When you rent a product from us, we entrust our property to you for use without charging a deposit. A snapshot of your bank account helps us identify you as a genuine person and assess your creditworthiness.

For verification, we ask you to authorize a secure connection to your bank account via your online banking. We use an Open Banking interface, which is as secure as your online banking and safer than payment with a credit or debit card.

We can only view your account details once for a brief moment and have no access afterward. Your account and access data are never stored by us.

Upon completion of the verification, you will immediately receive a result and can see the maximum monthly amount for which you can rent products from us.

Devices from Bosch and Siemens are designed solely for household use, meaning for private use at home or in a household-like environment (e.g. holiday apartment, hotel room, small office kitchen).

At home, an average family might drink 12 cups of coffee a day using a fully automatic coffee machine by Bosch. In an office with many employees, the usage and thus the wear and tear on the device is significantly higher. Bosch devices are not intended for that.

For example, a washing machine may not be used in a laundry service or cleaning company. However, for rental properties, apartments, or small shared offices – where the device is used in a "household-typical" manner – there are no restrictions.

Misuse will void any warranty claims from the manufacturer BSH Hausgeräte GmbH.

Don't worry! We will cover the cost of repair or replacement, provided the damage was not caused intentionally. You can report damage to your rental product quickly and easily in our service portal.

No - because the longer you use your product, the more likely it is to show signs of use and wear. If these are caused by the proper use of the device, you will not incur any costs.

Yes - after the minimum rental period or the respective extension period, you can purchase the unit. The rent already paid will of course be credited towards the purchase. Please inform us of your wish to purchase by sending an e-mail to info@printer4you.com, quoting the contract number.
