Almost all businesses, right down to the very small ones, want all-round worry-free solutions when it comes to printers. With printer4you you can purchase such a solution and pass it on to your customers.
You conclude all-inclusive rental contracts with us and are our contractual partner. You pass on the monthly fees to your customers with a surcharge. In this way, you act as a contractual partner towards your customer.
Every printer is covered by warranty extensions or extensions from the printer manufacturer. Our portal takes care of the supply of ink & toner.

You determine yourself
With us, you remain the master of your customers. You conclude a contract (MPS) with your customer and determine prices and service conditions yourself.
You remain flexible
You can either bill your customers separately for your own services or include them in your monthly fees.
Complete service
We take care of everything. We deliver all consumables semi-automatically or fully automatically and take care of repairs. Each printer is covered by the printer manufacturer for the duration of the rental contract.
Stronger customer relations
You bind your customer to you for 12, 24 or 36 months. During this time you can rely on us, we carry Managed Print Services in our genes.
How it works
- You register free of charge as a customer and select “Reseller”.
- You select the appropriate printer, the term and the appropriate tariff (inclusive pages) and place the contract in the shopping basket.
- You choose the monthly debit method (SEPA direct debit, PayPal subscription or credit card subscription) and conclude the contract with us online.
- We deliver the printer to the address of your choice.
- You or your customer set up our online management so that the printer orders ink & toner itself (no obligation). You can also conveniently call up ink and toner manually in your customer area.
- At the end of the term, we give you the printer as a gift; you can dispose of it or return it to us.
